The Expert Consultation on Regional Cooperation for Building Resilience to Slow-Onset Disasters, including Sand and Dust Storms, and Information Management for Cross- border Disasters in Asia and the Pacific is organized by the Asian and Pacific Centre for the Development of Disaster Information Management (APDIM) in Tehran, 5-6 November 2018.

The Expert Consultation on Regional Cooperation for Building Resilience to Slow-Onset Disasters, including Sand and Dust Storms, and Information Management for Cross- border Disasters in Asia and the Pacific is organized by the Asian and Pacific Centre for the Development of Disaster Information Management (APDIM) in Tehran, 5-6 November 2018.

The Expert Consultation comprises two parallel workshops which will respectively discuss a) Regional cooperation for building Resilience to slow-onset disasters including sand and dust storms, in Asia and the Pacific, and b) Building Partnership Networks: Information management for cross-border disasters in Asia and the Pacific.
