Minister of Agriculture Jahad Visit Uğan Watershed in Galikesh

Mahmoud Hojjati Minister of Agriculture Jahad visited Uğun watershed project in Galikesh simultaneously with the president visit to Golestan province. In this visit, he referred to the positive impact of watershed management projects in Golestan province and said that these projects have played a vital role in mitigating the flood damages.

Minister of Agriculture Jahad also referred to fruitful collaboration of Golestan Jahad organization with Natural Resources and Watershed Management Administration in the province in carbon sequestration and IWM projects and added that Golestan province is the second pilot site of Participatory Natural Resources Management project (PNRM).
