Judiciary will not be Passive to Aggressions against Natural Resources
The new Head of Judiciary, emphasizing the protection of social and people's rights, said that the issue of citizenship rights is a serious issue in the Judiciary, so we cannot be passive to aggression against water, soil, forest, the environmental resources and security and the legitimate rights of people.
According to FRWO’s website, Hojjat-ol-eslam Ibrahim Raeesi on Monday in a ceremony on the occasion of his taking office said that Judiciary will not remain silent about the rights of the public and will stand against the aggressors. Therefore, the judiciary system based on acts of judges must be seen as the stronghold of people.
Sadegh Amoli Larijani, at the ceremony while referring to the revival of public rights said that public rights are an important notion in the Constitution. The entry of courts into the issue of natural resources and forest conservation, and fighting illegal logging, in particular in the Caspian forests, have yielded positive results.
