FRWO to Push Ahead with the IWM Projects

According to FRWO’s website, Dr. Khosrow Shahbazi Acting Head of FRWO met and conferred with MP of Dargaz on Sunday in FRWO Headquarters.

In this meeting, Abdullah Hatamian referred to the values of soil and water resources and the effective impacts of IWM and conservation measures in his constituency, and emphasized the need for continuation of such activities.

The member of Agriculture, Water, Natural Resources and Environment Committee also highlighted the role of vegetation cover in control of flood and soil erosion and called for the development of activities in his constituency.

Acting Head of FRWO expressed his thanks for the attention and support of the Parliament to IWM issue and FRWO activities throughout the country. Having noted the favors of the Supreme Leader regarding and allocation of a budget from the National Development Fund for IWM implementation that has put a heavy burden of responsibility on FRWO, he expressed the firm determination of FRWO to push ahead with the IWM projects.
