President accepts Agriculture Minister’s resignation
According to President's website, President accepted the resignation of Mr Mahmoud Hojjati as Minister of Agriculture Jahad and appointed him as “Assistant to the President in Agricultural and Food Security Affairs”.
President Hassan Rouhani’s letter is as follows:

Dear Mr Mahmoud Hojjati,
Hello,
I received your letter of resignation dated November 23, 2019. In spite of my desire and the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad’s need for a qualified head for providing food security, self-sufficiency and growth and development in the country, and your effective expert opinions as well as faith, sincerity, and humility, I agree with your resignation solely for the sake of your health due to your insistence on leaving the office because of your physical condition.
I would like to thank you for your sincere efforts and work to serve our dear people and farmers, and appoint you as "Assistant to the President in Agricultural and Food Security Affairs"
