Workshop on Principles of Natural Resource Law Held at FRWO

According to FRWO's website, Dr. Masoud Mansour reiterated the need for orientation with the natural resources law as essential at FRWO and said: "Natural resources departments in the farthest parts of the country must be able to defend the natural resources rights at courts."

"We are encountering legal shortcomings in natural resource contracts, and the use of terminologies that may have legal implications at courts, that need to be revised in order to avoid further trouble," he said.

Head of FRWO thanked the organizers of the workshop and called for the continuation of such gatherings in future in the field of forest, range, dry land and watershed management.
