Head of FRWO Pays Tribute to the Victims of Recent Forest Fires

Following the tragic death of rescue forces from local volunteer groups, FRWO and the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) etc. in recent forest firefighting operations, Deputy Minister and Head of FRWO paid tribute to all those who sacrificed their lives in the recent forest firefighting operation and expressed his deep sorrow by issuance of separate messages of condolence.

In his meeting with the families and colleagues of the deceased in Kermanshah, Masoud Mansour reiterated that despite the fact that Zagros forests have been burning in the fire of negligence, all groups of people along with governmental organizations from basij forces, Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) relief workers and FRWO forest guard did not spare any efforts in safeguarding the forests in Zagros.

Head of FRWO offered his condolences to the families and colleagues of the deceased and stressed that they have taught a practical lesson to us in the name of god and humanity that never be forgotten.
