MPs Meet and Confer with Head of FRWO

A number of Members of Parliament (MPs) met and conferred with Head of FRWO about natural resources issues.

According to FRWO’s website, MP of Aligudarz constituency from Lorestan province, MP of Firoozabad, Ghirokarzin and Farashband constituency from Fars province, and MP of Chalous, Nowshahr and Kelardasht constituency from Mazandaran province, MP of Bojnourd, Maneh, Samolghan, Jajarm, Garmeh, Raz and Jorglan constituency from North Khorasan province, the former MP of Garmsār constituency from Semnan provincemet with Dr. Masoud Mansour, Deputy Minister and Head of FRWO and discussed their regional issues.

In this meeting which was held at FRWO Headquarters on Wednesday, Dr. Mansour presented a report of the project's achievements and ongoing programs. He emphasized intensification of conservation measures in forests and noted: “FRWO's main role is to protect and conserve these valuable resources.”
