Joint Meeting on Cadastre Mapping Held at FRWO

The fourth joint meeting of FRWO and Real Estate, Deeds and Properties Registration Department (REDPRD) chaired by Dr. Masoud Mansour, Deputy Minister and Head of FRWO was held on Wednesday at FRWO Headquarters with the agenda of performance review of two organizations’ management departments in provinces on implementing the cadastral-mapping of national lands and the issuance of title deeds for public estates.

According to FRWO’s website, in this virtual meeting with attendance of the Heads of two organizations and Director Generals of Natural Resources and Watershed management Departments (NRWDs) and Management Departments of REDPRD, Dr. Masoud Mansour, Head of FRWO praised the REDPRD’s collaboration with FRWO in completion of the cadastre mapping and noted: "It is anticipated that cadastre mapping will be completed in all public lands by mid-next year."

He reiterated that the performances of the management departments of two organizations in implementing the cadastral-mapping of national lands will be evaluated; and Director Generals of those Natural Resources and Watershed management Departments (NRWDs) and Management Departments of REDPRD in provinces will be awarded due to their optimal performance.

In this meeting, two Heads emphasized the expediting the issuance of title deeds for public estates and finalizing in earnest.
