Head of FRWO Visited Gilan province

Head of FRWO left Tehran for Gilan province for a one-day visit in order to review the latest measures taken in the field of forestry, forest protection, wood farming and IWM measures and visited some areas of the natural resources management activities in this province.  

In this mission, he highlighted high capacity of the province in the field of timber farming and ecotourism, and reiterated "Gilan province is one of the most important touristic destination due to its valuable natural resources that in case of proper planning can be converted to the hub of tourism in caspian region".
